I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapporo and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms and basic amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. They were attentive and made sure that all my needs were met. Lastly, the location was convenient as it was close to a public bus stop, restaurants, and supermarkets. This made it easy for me to explore the area and find everything I needed.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to improve.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a budget-friendly trip and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The rooms, while basic, were clean and well-equipped, with a nice bath and reliable WiFi. I also appreciated the convenient bus service to and from the airport, as well as the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall for some last-minute purchases.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was amazing! the fireworks show they put on was breathtaking. the hot springs were a highlight with various indoor and outdoor options to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to shopping and restaurants. Another plus was the onsite convenience store for late night snacks.
The room was a bit small for our liking and the walls were not very soundproof. We could hear our neighbors throughout the night.

The hotel was in an inconvenient location, far from the city centre and with no easy access to public transportation. Taxis were the only option to explore nearby attractions; however, they were quite expensive. the Onsen area was supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere, but the location next to a busy road ruined the atmosphere. the room was simple, but comfortable, with a clean bathroom and basic amenities. Unfortunately, breakfast had limited options, and many dishes were not replenished despite the restaurant being busy. the hotel lacked any special view, but it had a parking area and fast Wi-Fi.
Finding the shuttle bus or staff to assist with transportation was challenging occasionally, leading to confusion and stress when trying to navigate the area.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an awesome view. The breakfast included in the stay offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the sightseeing areas and attractions around the mountains.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Spacious, clean rooms with great view. Friendly staff. Convenient location with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Onsen available.
Nothing all good

Jean
The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to one of the other hotels in the area, which made it easy to explore the city without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was a bit dated and could use some renovations to modernize the facilities. The internet connection was not very strong, and we had trouble connecting to the WiFi at times.
